Part 1
1. Hilary has returned to the US & will take a small break before focusing on her new album.
2. All the cover songs that she recorded previously, (3 out of 12 songs since July) are shelved. They will not be released in any way, shape or form.
3. The album's tentative release month is October.
4. That movie that Hilary was interested in a few weeks ago, will most likely be filmed during the production of her new album sometime in the Spring.
5. A "War Inc." soundtrack is being planned with at least 4 new Hilary songs. (All sung by her character)

1. Kara DioGuardi will return to work on Hilary's album.
2. Hilary has a meeting with Hollywood Records this upcoming week. (most likely to fight about #4)
3. Vada Nobles would like to contribute to Hilary's upcoming album but has not been approached yet.
4. Hollywood Records wants to take more control on this next album, image-wise & production-wise.
5. "Reach Out" will not be the first single, but may be a single.
