Hilary Duff did indeed have a birthday bash. It was held on saturday at Woo Lae Oak, a Korean restaurant in SoHo, NY. Extra was there for the party and are now holding a contest for the swag bag!The bag was created by The Silver Spoon, responsible for many Hollywood gift bags, and has over $2000 in stuff inside.
